What's better is that I've actually worked out with Richard. He came to my college for a health fair my senior year . . . and I was one of the lucky few who got to join him and his sequin-adorned short-shorts on stage. So, it's like having a friend in the kitchen with me. A close friend who, like me, enjoys sweatin' it out to the oldies.
Surprisingly, many of the desserts in the book look, well, good! My friend Erin even suggested I start a Julie/Julie-like project where I work my way through the entire book. Maybe.

This is such a find on your part! How fun. You should do the Richard Simmons thing like Julie/Julia - but I think it will ONLY work if you have sequined Tanks and short shorts to cook in!

I support the Julie/Julia take on this recipe book, I'm dying to know what is inside! I think you owe it to Richard, I mean, after all, he DID choose you to work it out old school with him back in the day! that is just too much!

you should definitely post the tiramisu recipe! I saw it on the pictures and was thinking last night that there HAD to be a way I could talk my fiancee into helping me make it- if it's healthier I don't think he'll fight me so much on it lol:)
