I totally do not drink enough water - I probably only get about 12 oz. a day. It's terrible, I know. But I was just telling my boyfriend that I need some kind of a water bottle to take with me and force myself to drink the right amount every day, or no dessert! Something like that. I heart H2O, I just need more of it!

I drink water all day. I'm slowly weaning off my dependency on soda. I heart H2O

I heart H20!! Actually, I need to learn to heart H20 more...I'm really bad about drinking period, let alone getting close to the recommendation.

sneakersandsoymilk March 10, 2010 7:20 AM

I used to far surpass the recommended amount of water per day, now I'm not so sure how close I get. I try to carry a water bottle with me at all times, but the one I have now is ENORMOUS and a rather unwieldy. Speaking of water, though, I was out to dinner last night, and the waiter came by over and over again to refill my glass.. and also commented on the amount of water I was drinking. The fact that water glasses are basically bottomless at restaurants makes me drink nonstop, as I heart H2O. We're like BFFs. ;-)

I heart H20! I find it's super easy to stay hydrated when I work from home - getting up to refill my water glass is a nice break from the laptop screen.
But when I'm working at a coffee shop I often pour a glass of water and then walk away from it or forget about it for the whole shift. This pretty little bottle would be great for work and the gym!
I try to drink a full glass as soon as I wake up in the morning, and also before I eat, to check if I'm really hungry or just thirsty (or just bored!)

Mireya March 10, 2010 7:29 AM

I try to drink 2 nalgene bottles a day because I <3 H2O so much! Thanks for the giveaway :)

ahh i <3 water! THAT IS such a cute water bottle and in my fav. color. Oh, I try so hard to get all my water in each day. Some days I get it some days I am far off. I just need to remember to bring a water bottle or cup with me where ever I go.

Katrina,  March 10, 2010 7:54 AM

I have become terrible at keeping hydrated! I drink coffee all day--I heart H2O but have been neglectful lately.

I heart H2O!

I get my recommended 64 ounces in a day. I live in Florida and with the lows being a chilly 80 degrees, life here is thirsty work!

L-Burt March 10, 2010 8:00 AM

I heart H2O and get in my daily water intake by always having a cup of water nearby, which has the unfortunate side effect of there being 37 half full cups of water around my apartment at any given time.

I heart H2O! I drink water all day long at my desk at work, and I am an avid swimmer, so I spend a lot of time in water, too!

I heart H2O! But really, not so much. On days I workout (5am, 5-6 days a week) it isn't a problem. I try to have most of the water down my gullet by the time I get ready to go to work (@ 7:30). Then I typically take a cup of water to the car with me. I make myself drink at least 32 more ounces (sometimes 64 more) before 10am--because then I get my reward...a diet Pepsi. YEAH!
On days I don't work out, I find having water with breakfast, water in the car, and trying to drink only water until 10am works best.
BTW- I can't find a place to leave email so you can contact me at alexbev@yahoo.com!

I heart H2O! However, I don't drink enough of it! I'm working on it though. We recently got a brita filter (the tap water where I just moved to tastes gross to me) and that's helping. I was actually going to buy one of those bottles next week!

i love H20 but i definitely dont get enough of it everyday! im working on it though! i find that it helps to add a little bit of tea to my water to give it some flavor...i use iced green or black tea and it's pretty yummy!

I used to be much better at drinking enough water each day than I am now. I heart H2O very much and drink just about only H2O and tea. Not sure how I don't get in the 64oz that I should. This cute bottle would definitely help me get there when I'm on the go!

Great giveaway and congrats on your massive subscriber list!

Emily March 10, 2010 9:07 AM

I DO heart H20 and I would heart drinking it out of this bottle! So pretty.

I do a really good job of getting enough water at work, but on weekends I tend to drink much less. I've been trying to get better at that!

elizathon March 10, 2010 9:15 AM

I love H2O!!!!!!!! AND I have been looking for a reusable water bottle. Green is my favorite color. I don't drink enough water. But I DO drink lots of coffee, diet coke, beer, wine, and vodka---so I got those liquids covered pretty well. I could drink them out of this beautiful water bottle too!

Jolene March 10, 2010 9:32 AM

I am constantly dehydrated. THe water at work isn't safe to drink and I hate the thought of drinking out of plastic, and the environmental implications. This would be awesome- I love H20 and need more of it!

Alaina,  March 10, 2010 9:32 AM

I heart H20! My trick to get my full 8 glasses a day is to drink at least 24 ounces before lunch (that's how big my current nalgene is), then a quick refill and another 24 ounces before the end of the work day. Then throughout the evening I at least have 2 glasses if not more.

alaina.kantner@gmail.com

amorsalado March 10, 2010 9:53 AM

I heart H2O, because I stopped drinking my calories five years ago when I made the commitment to get healthy. However, I still drank coffee, diet green tea, and an occasional diet soda.

Two years ago I became an IVF patient, and I gave up every beverage but water, because it's best to have no caffeine or artificial sweeteners. I get more than the recommended amount of water, because it's all I drink, and because it's good for the body that's trying to get pregnant.

Amanda March 10, 2010 10:51 AM

I heart H2O! Honestly, I do. Not only cause I have to, but it's the only thing I drink. Every once in awhile I vary it up, but most days I only drink water. Water always tastes good. :) I keep my Brita pitcher full at all times so I don't run out. Thanks!

Although I've been on a huge apple juice/orange juice kick lately, I heart h20 as well! I used to have one of these, but it went missing (thanks to my boyfriend...ugh!)

Rae March 10, 2010 11:05 AM

Hey (never home)makers!
So water, huh?
It's kinda important and I do as much as I can to drink as much as possible. I mean I heart H2O I think that I get the recommended amount of water per day but because I am an exercise addict the recommended amount probably isn't enough, but I do try. Unfortunately I get bored of the flavor (or lack there of) of water. So how do I manage to drink bunches of water? I try to kick up the flavor. I either use powdered drinks that I can add to water (preferably sugar free) or my favorite, but more expensive, I take a giant pitcher of water with a bunch of ice, add a huge bunch of fresh mint and about three lemons, sliced. It's delicious. Thats all I have to say. Yummy and super refreshing, especially in the summer. So here is my blog where you can find my email and hopefully I'll will get a prize :D

Stacy (Little Blue Hen) March 10, 2010 11:56 AM

I heart H2O, too! [ stacy at littlebluehen.com ]

I used to be better about drinking more water, but I've fallen off the wagon, a bit. This is a good reminder. I think I'll have a glass of water right now, in fact!

Diana March 10, 2010 11:59 AM

Man, I am always dehydrated. Probably the copious amounts of coffee I drink. Come on! It has water in it. Why doesn't it hydrate! Lame. However, I heart H2O in the middle of the Texas summer when I'm rock climbing so that water bottle would come in super handy. Yay no BPAs!!

Allie S. March 10, 2010 1:57 PM

I do heart h2o! On the days when I work for eight hours, I drink SO much water. Not sure if it's boredom or what, but I get up every time my glass is empty to fill it.

Sadly, last week I broke my awesome ceramic coffee cup. A new bottle might make me feel better. : )

I really do heart H20! Because of several food sensitivies, I can only really stomach (pun intended!) water. To make sure I don't get bored, I switch things up with green tea. I'd love to win this waterbottle as my last waterbottle went the way of the recycling bin....RIP.

Let me just say that I love your blog!!

I heart H2O as well!! I drink probably more than 64oz of water per day because as part of my diet plan I've cut out all sodas and sugary drinks. It's a good think I <3 water so much!!

I <3 H20!

I used to be great about drinking the recommended amount and the key for me was having an assortment of water bottles, so I always tried to have one on hand. That made exercising after class easier too, because I was already hydrated.

Amber March 10, 2010 3:31 PM

Oh man! I love this! This is so amazing! I was drinking enough water because I heart H20, but then the water bottle I bought rusted. Probably low quality.

This is amazing!! Love your blog!

As a child, I hated any beverage aside from water, and still today I heart H20. I don't have any specific strategies for getting a daily water fixin', but I think it comes naturally if you just always have a water bottle or glass of it nearby.

I heart H20!! I definitely used to drink enough water... getting up to refill my water bottle was a great work break/leg stretcher... but one day I left it in the kitchen at my work for a while and it was gone when I returned! Ever since I've had trouble drinking enough water... I should really work on that!

Nicole March 10, 2010 6:08 PM

i heart H2O so much that I drink more than the recommended amount almost every day!
i start my day with a fruit infusion (commonly called tea, but there is no actual tea leaf in what I drink) i drink at least a mug or two of that.
i have a small morning snack because i have a hard time eating anything significant that early. i drink at least a glass or two of good ol' h2o then as well.
lunch is often a water based soup, so there is quite a bit included there. i usually drink water then.
dinner is usually leafy vegetables and a glass of juice and one of water.
i drink at least one glass before brushing my teeth and going to bed.
i don't drink much else. even if i go out for drinks to a bar or something, almost every other one of my beverages is water!

Aprille March 10, 2010 6:11 PM

I don't even try to adhere to the H2O consumption guidelines. But I am trying to drink more. We tend to wash & reuse glass bottles and keep them cold in the fridge. I try to have one 16oz bottle (at least) at work, one in the evening. Another reason I'm trying to drink more H2O is that it helps your mood - new research ties irritability to dehydration. If I can keep from getting annoyed, I'll try it.

I heart h2o with a splash of diet cranberry juice in it, which is why I find it bearable to get my 64 oz a day!

Congrats on all of your subscribers!! You know how to reach me if I am lucky enough to win :)

jwmisadventures March 10, 2010 6:20 PM

I heart h20, and I heart Never Homemaker. I fill a 64 oz mug with water every morning at work and keep it in my cube to make sure I get enough of the goods. Thx for the giveaway!

Meghan March 10, 2010 7:12 PM

I get close to the recommended daily amount each day, but don't always hit it. I heart H2O.

Carrie March 10, 2010 7:54 PM

Oh my! Love these! beautiful color green! I heart H2O is a great name too... Hooray for water! I actually drink quite a bit more than 64oz a day... probably about 1.5x that amount. Of course, I'm still nursing so that could be part of it! :)

joolzie09 March 10, 2010 9:37 PM

I definitely heart H20 and think I drink close to the recommended amount per day. Someone once told me that it's a lot easier to drink more lukewarm water than ice cold water. So if you've been packing your water bottle with ice cubes and find yourself only sipping now and then, let it warm up a bit and you'll be able to guzzle it right down!

I heart H20, really :) water is all I drink, and having a pretty container to drink it out of makes it seem more special!

Gyppie March 11, 2010 7:19 AM

Water is my lifesaver. I take it with me to my early morning psychology labs (boring) and every time i start to drift to sleep, i take a few gulps of this icy beverage, and WAH-LA, alert once again! Doing this throughout my day insures a recommended amount, and then some. I heart H2O!

I heart H20. Always have. One time when I was 11 I went to a fancy restaurant with my parents. The waiter kept re-filling my water glass and I drank 22 glasses of water.
Yeah, i pretty much get my daily dose I think. We got a new fridge with ice and water when we remodeled our kitchen and that has everyone drinking more and more water.

I heart H2O. Hello NHM. Work days I drink between 96 and 128 oz of water a day. I keep my trusty ol' water bottle next to my monitor and it's always in my line of sight. I think that helps with drinking it down. I'm trying to get better on non-work days when my comsumption level drops. May be it's because I don't have a trusty water bottle at home? Hmmmmm. My dog, Zorak, hearts H20 too! I really liked your post about ice baths. I haven't done the long distance run, yet. But, on occassion, my knees do "talk" to me after running. I'm going to give them a bath. Would it be strange to just try out the ice bath? Ok, I'm a weirdo. Keep up the great work. Happy almost Friday :-> germanbuttercup@gmail.com

I heart H20! If I get enough totally varies from day to day. I'd say most days I definitely get enough. I usually have a water bottle in my purse and sip at it throughout the day, refilling when I can.

I definitely do not get the daily recommended amount of water in, but I do heart H2O! Instead of concentrating on the number of ounces I need to drink, I try to pay more attention to what my body is telling me. I'm working on recognizing when I'm thirsty - I'm surprised at how often I ignore my thirst and then come home to chug water! Also, I've noticed that having jug of cold water readily available in the fridge helps me a lot too.

I heart H2O! I really do. It's my favorite drink. I filter it from the tap and have a gallon of it in the fridge at all times. I always top it off when I pour any into a glass. I wash the container weekly. I drink a 32 ounce cup full with breakfast, another with lunch, and a third with dinner. I usually drink even more. Sometimes I have another one after dinner. I don't flavor it. I like pure, plain water. I consider myself lucky that I enjoy it so much. My email address follows: petrolandklorine@aol.com.

Thank you,
Jennifer Pickett

I heart H20. Typically I get enough water in a day. Since I'm a student, there are days when I'm in the computer lab forever and they do not allow ANY food or drink. Those are the days when I don't get enough. The lab monitors caught me two times this year for having some water in lab.

I heart H2O. I love lugging my water bottle around with me. The problem is that it's just not enough for both me AND my husband when we're tromping around together. Green happens to be my favorite color, so I'm crossing my finger and offering my US address.
Thank you, thank you!

Christina March 15, 2010 2:28 PM

That is the most gorgeous water bottle I have ever seen. Haha. It's such a pretty green. 5 days out of 7 I get the recommended amount of water- I just fill up my Nalgene every morning then I'm out the door! I heart H20! I really do- I don't really drink much else, other than soy milk. (; I discovered your blog through foodgawker.com- and I love it! I'm going to follow through Google Friend Connect (:
