Hey, everyone. My name is Nicole and I write the blog Making Good Choices. I am a teacher by day, avid cook/baker/exerciser/runner by night. I enjoy coming up with new meals and treats on a weekly basis while sticking to a food budget. And I have been known to share my goodies with anyone who will try!
Today I'd like to share with you all these delicious Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Even though this is a vegan cookie, it was meant to be eaten by the masses. Not only is it is very simple to make, but it is also guilt-free. Enjoy one, or two, because this cookie will not disappoint with its peanut buttery, chocolate-y goodness.
You will need:
- 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
And for the directions to this recipe, just visit my blog.
