Hello! So, our internet connection isn't quite as reliable as I had hoped. As we mentioned in our Chocolate-Plum-Pecan Breakfast Shake post, this week is smoothie week! I meant to get this recipe out to y'all yesterday -- and if all goes well, you're in for TWO smoothie recipes today.
Anyway, I have a lot of relaxing to do, so I'll make this post brief.

POST-WORKOUT PICK-ME-UP SMOOTHIE
What you'll need . . .
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (not made, just the crystals)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ice
- 10 pitted cherries
Method . . .
- Toss everything in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
It's been hot, but not nearly as bad as a few days ago. Hope you enjoy this recipe . . . and we'll post more soon. Now: the ocean. Ahhhhhhh . . .
