A poppy seed bagel sliced + lightly toasted.
Topped with thick slices of mild cheddar cheese.
Broiled to browned perfection.
A tall mug of warmed apple cider.
A fall favorite for sure, though I could eat this meal every day. When I get enough time, I even like to make my own bagels and supplement with Pumpkin Hot Cocoa or Maple-Peanut Butter Hot Cocoa.
